Can I return or cancel my order?

Cancellations -  Cancellation on custom orders are only accepted within 1 hour of the order being placed. Cancellation on kit orders are accepted anytime before the kit gets posted.

Returns - Buyer are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked/proof of posting is advisable within 30 days of sending. Also the item has to be returned unopened and undamaged, otherwise I will not accept the return.

Exchanges - I don't accept exchanges - But please contact me if you have any problems.

Do you do custom orders?

I do custom cross stitch patterns and kits. I will only take on custom designs that I am comfortable with and confident they will turn out well.

Delivery

Processing time - I aim to send out within 3 days or less! most of the time its next day send out via royal mail 1st class. anything over £20 will be tracked.

Customs & import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
